Pelaku perjalanan domestik dengan mobil pribadi, sepeda motor dan transportasi umum jarak jauh ( pesawat udara, bis , kapal laut dan kereta api) harus :
1. Menunjukkan kartu vaksin (minimal vaksinasi dosis pertama);
2. Menunjukkan PCR H-2 untuk pesawat udara serta Antigen (H-1) untuk moda transportasi mobil pribadi, sepeda motor, bis, kereta api dan kapal laut;
3. Ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud pada angka 1 dan 2 hanya berlaku untuk kedatangan dan keberangkatan dari dan ke wilayah yang ditetapkan sebagai PPKM Level 3 serta tidak berlaku untuk transportasi dalam wilayah aglomerasi sebagai contoh untuk wilayah Jabodetabek
4. Sopir kendaraan logistik dan transportasi barang lainnya dikecualikan dari ketentuan memiliki kartu vaksin.
